Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched. To cancel, message us on WhatsApp at +27 63 583 6060 with your order number as soon as possible. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

2. Cancelling After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled. You may instead refuse the delivery or return the item under our Refund Policy. Return shipping costs may apply.

3. Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002, you may cancel an online purchase without reason or penalty within 7 days of receiving the goods. The goods must be returned in their original condition. Direct return shipping costs are for your account.

4. Orders We May Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

  • the item is out of stock or mispriced due to a system error;
  • payment cannot be verified or is suspected to be fraudulent;
  • we are unable to deliver to your address.

In any of these cases, you will be notified and refunded in full.

5. How Refunds Are Issued

Cancellation refunds are made to the original payment method via PayFast and typically reflect within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
