This website is operated by D.N.Y CORP ("DNY 26", "we", "us", "our"), a streetwear label based in Cape Town, South Africa. By accessing or using dnycorp26.com you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Refund Policy and our Cancellation Policy.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and prices are accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of an item you have ordered, we will contact you and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are placed through our website and confirmed via WhatsApp on +27 63 583 6060, where payment and delivery details are finalised. Payments are processed securely through PayFast. An order is only binding once payment has been received and confirmed by us.

4. Delivery

We deliver across South Africa via PAXI (Pep store pickup) and The Courier Guy. Delivery options and fees are selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times: PAXI 7–9 business days; Courier Guy Economy 2–3 business days; Courier Guy Overnight 1–2 business days. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the DNY 26 name, logo, designs, photography and text — is owned by D.N.Y CORP and protected by copyright and trade mark laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use any of this content without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, D.N.Y CORP will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising out of your use of this website or our products. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
