Refund & Returns Policy

1. Our Promise
We want you to love every DNY 26 piece. If something is not right, we will repair, replace or refund it in line with this policy and the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.
2. Returns Window
You may return unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging and with all tags attached within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us on WhatsApp at +27 63 583 6060 within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a free collection and issue a full refund, replacement or repair as you prefer.
4. How to Return
- Message us on WhatsApp at +27 63 583 6060 with your order number and reason for return.
- We will confirm the return address and reference number.
- Ship the item back to us using a tracked courier (return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty).
- Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Underwear, socks and other intimate apparel for hygiene reasons.
- Items marked as Final Sale.
- Gift cards.
- Items damaged through wear, washing or misuse.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method used at checkout (via PayFast). Please allow up to 10 business days for funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred size or colour is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit instead.
